This month’s Spotlight is all about the “glow” with this amazing treatment option! Clear + Brilliant® Touch is a skin resurfacing laser for women (and men, too!) looking for results through a relatively quick treatment with little to no downtime. I’m here to give you my take on this wonderful option that has been causing some major buzz at the Pharm lately with clients and staff alike!

First of all, what is it and how does it work?
Clear + Brilliant Touch is an advanced laser treatment that uses dual wavelengths to address a wide range of skin/aging concerns. It works by creating millions of microscopic treatment zones in the upper layers of your skin, which triggers a big boost in collagen production and replaces damaged skin with healthier, younger-looking tissue. Thanks to the dual wavelengths, my staff and I can easily customize treatments to target both deeper and more superficial concerns you may have, such as fine lines, enlarged pores, and pigmentation.

Getting Ready for a Special Event?

The fast treatment session (usually 30-45 minutes in most cases) and little to no downtime help make Clear + Brilliant Touch a popular option for those of us on the go.
You’re probably wondering if Clear + Brilliant Touch is right for you.
Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s generally a great option for men and women of all skin types who want to maintain youthful-looking skin, stave off signs of aging, or improve common skin concerns like dullness, large pores, fine lines, or uneven tone.
While it’s designed to be more gentle than other lasers on the market, most people do choose to have topical numbing cream applied before their session and described the treatment to be manageable. Afterwards, you’ll most likely experience some mild redness the remainder of the day and possibly a sandpaper-like texture for 4-14 days. But don’t worry because these effects are usually minimal, undetected by others, and easily covered up with makeup if you so choose.
Okay, so let’s talk actual results, shall we?
Most of my patients notice a more radiant glow and smoother texture in just a few days after treatment. More dramatic improvements typically develop gradually over the next few weeks following treatment, including increased collagen production, improved tone and pigmentation. These wonderful results can last for several months, especially if you do your part with consistent skin care and sun protection.
For truly long-term improvement, I usually recommend a series of maintenance treatments over the course of a few months, typically 3 to 4 sessions spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart. And another great thing about Clear + Brilliant Touch is that it can be paired with other Beauti Pharm treatments to take your results to the next level.
