Cindy Wagner, RN and Licensed Medical Esthetician, brings over 30 years of experience in facial cosmetic procedures to Beauti Pharm Med Spa. She offers extensive knowledge and advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and comprehensive skin health, helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results.
Born and raised in Flushing, Michigan, Cindy’s passion for aesthetics began with her own experience battling cystic acne. After years of searching for solutions and navigating countless products and procedures that promised results but failed to deliver, she finally found effective treatment. That experience sparked a deep compassion for others facing similar skin struggles and shaped her commitment to honesty and integrity in aesthetic medicine.
Cindy began her career as a medical assistant in a dermatology practice in Grand Blanc, where she worked for nearly 18 years under a board-certified dermatologist who encouraged her passion for skincare and aesthetics. When BOTOX® was first FDA-approved for cosmetic use in 2002, the practice introduced injections. Cindy was given the opportunity to train under the dermatologist and begin learning the art of aesthetic treatments. As regulations evolved requiring injectors to be Registered Nurses or higher, Cindy pursued nursing school while her supervising physician held her position so she could return and continue developing her injection skills as an RN.
Later on, she met Laura Stillman, an encounter that ultimately charted a new course for Cindy’s aesthetic aspirations.
“I met Laura at a training and immediately loved her personality,” Cindy recalls. “When we talked more, I realized our ethics and approach to patient care were very similar. I knew I wanted to work with someone who respected patients the way I do.”
Since joining the practice, Cindy continues to expand her expertise and enjoys performing a wide range of aesthetic treatments. One of her favorite procedures is enhancing cheeks, which she appreciates for its ability to restore youthful structure while maintaining a natural appearance.
Beyond delivering aesthetic results, Cindy values the relationships she builds with her patients.
“I truly love the connections I make with people in my chair,” she says. “Many of my patients have been with me for years, and those trusting relationships mean everything to me.”
Outside of the clinic, Cindy enjoys running half marathons, traveling, and spending time at the lake.
