Amber Starnes
RN, BSN

With over 15 years of experience as an RN, BSN (including more than a decade in the fast-paced world of a Level 1 trauma center), Amber Starnes has learned a thing or two about staying calm under pressure, thinking on her feet, and finding humor on even the busiest days.
Today, she brings that same dedication (and a much steadier heart rate) to the world of health, wellness, and aesthetics at Beauti Pharm. Whether she’s helping someone reach their wellness goals or guiding them through aesthetic treatments, her mission is simple: blend clinical expertise with a friendly, down-to-earth approach that makes every patient feel cared for, comfortable, and genuinely seen.
Having known Laura Stillman for many years, Amber has actually been involved since the beginning of Beauti Pharm, just in an as-needed capacity at first. The stars eventually aligned for her to be much more involved. Her specialties include peptide therapy, weight loss management, and IV infusion therapy.

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Amber’s interest in the healthcare field stems from an unexpected exposure to the profession at a time when she was in the midst of deciding on a new career path.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and secured a position in a Level 1 trauma center. After years of adrenaline-filled shifts, she decided to follow her passion for helping people feel confident, healthy, and empowered from the inside out. Her long-time friendship with Laura and part-time involvement at the Pharm further opened the door to a new, exciting opportunity to do just that.
Amber delights in helping her patients regain a little pep in their step when life weighs them down. She does so with the tried-and-true tools of peptide injections, IV infusion therapy, and more. Amber is proud to be a trusted steward of such powerful tools.
“I love wellness. I’ve always been into making yourself better from the inside out,” she said. “For example, I love the instant gratification of someone coming in a little under the weather and I give them an IV infusion that makes them feel much better. Then they’re walking out the door better than when they came in. It’s so rewarding seeing that.”
When she’s not in the office, you can usually find Amber soaking up time with family, savoring a well-earned cup of coffee, chasing the ever-elusive ‘perfect’ sourdough loaf, or celebrating “Feast Friday” with friends. And woven through all life’s events are a few habits from her hospital years that serve as small, steady reminders of the paths she’s walked, the ingrained care that’s shaped her, and the wholehearted way she continually shows up for others.
